VoIP technology facilitates phone calls over the internet, necessitating a reliable internet connection like Fibre or LTE for optimal performance. The effectiveness of the VoIP service is closely tied to the quality of your internet connection during calls. We advise using connections known for minimal congestion and low latency, such as Fibre or Fixed LTE, to ensure superior call quality. While other forms of connectivity like DSL, 3G, Wi-Fi, or Mobile Data may be compatible, they are not preferred due to their susceptibility to congestion and high latency, which can degrade call quality. Additionally, the cost of the system encompasses not only the installation of hardware and handsets but also includes a switch to support the number of devices. However, clients must have an internet router with an available ethernet port. It is also required that all handsets be connected via ethernet cable and not be positioned more than 20 meters away from the switch for each device.
